Mobitel launches Mobile 4G!

Mobitel's 4G LTE network goes commercially live in several key cities island wide including some cities in Colombo. This is based on Frequency Division LTE Technology and transmitted through 1800 Mhz Band 3 frequency and can be accessed via a compatible device.

Mobitel’s mobile 4G-LTE services are backed by the power of its parent company SLT’s extensive fiber network.
